- Capacity is reduced within these specific time slots to allow those with additional needs the time and space to have the full Experience they deserve.
- Spaces are limited so please only book onto these spaces if your family has additional needs.
- Carers discount is a ticket option to these sessions. Proof of eligibility is required upon arrival at the ticketing gate - If no proof shown - top up to full price adult will be charged at the gate.
- You can either buy Father Christmas Experience tickets or a combined
ticket to include the lantern trail. You can experience the Lantern
trail after the experience inside the house.

How to book tickets
This Box office is to book tickets for the Father Christmas Experience.
You can either buy tickets to the Storytelling inside the House ONLY - OR as a combined ticket alongside the Lantern Trail.
Please make sure you buy the correct tickets. Grotto ONLY ticket OR Combined Experience ticket

FAQ
- 1 ticket per entry – everyone must have a ticket to enter the Grotto.
- This is a timed entry - 45 minute long theatrical and craft, Group experience.
- Please no dogs – With exception of assistance dogs.
- Please no food or drink brought inside the House. This is to keep the Grotto as clean and rubbish free as possible
- Hot Stew is available in the History Room by the stable block before you enter the House.
- Hot beverages and sweet treats are available outside the house from Espresso Cornwall.
- Please arrive at the Car park ticketing entrance at least 15 minutes prior to your start time- to allow you enough time to park, walk to the entrance of the house and visit the toilet block (situated at the stable block)
- Booking fees : We have removed the "Plus" Booking fee cost per ticket. Which means that the online platform fees are included in your ticket price rather than add on.
- Transaction Charge: This is a set £2 charge which is added to each Transaction ( not per ticket) to cover online bank processing fees. We cannot remove this and is charged at the end of each confirmed order.
